Adam Isacson, once again, hitting the nail squarely on the head. Welcome to Washington, kids. adamisacson: Uh, no, DC Metro. It’s not a “situation.” It’s a horrific fatal crash caused by outdated equipment, faulty computers, human error, and ignoring NTSB recommendations. But I guess there’s no room on the sign for all that.
